We try to make our prices, shipping costs and taxes, as calculated by this web site, as accurate as possible. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We collect the required sales tax on orders delivered in Texas.

We try to always have what you want in stock. Sometimes we may be out of stock (including our own products!) but typically have new stock within a week. Feel free to contact us by phone or email to verify stock status. We will not hold products without payment.

For shipping within the United States we use the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). We will typically use USPS Priority Mail for packages that weigh less than 2 pounds. This method is fast and relatively inexpensive. For larger and/or more expensive packages we will use UPS ground. Of course, you may specify a preference when you place your order. Please note that shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and are based on when your order ships (subject to our inventory). You can always confirm the availability of an item by contacting us before you place an order.

SHIPPING – Outside the U.S.
For shipping outside of the United States we only use the United States Postal Service (USPS). During checkout you will have a choice of Priority Mail International or First Class Mail International. Due to the new rules regarding VAT we are unable to offering shipping to the UK at this time.

If you live in the following countries, we cannot ship to you: Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Bangladesh, Barbados, Benin, Bolivia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burma, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Cuba, Djibouti, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Ethiopia, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Liberia, Libya, Malaysia, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Myanmar, Niger, Nigeria, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Papua/New Guinea, Poland, Romania, Rwanda, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Yemen, and Yugoslavia.

On international shipments, where customs declarations are required, we will use TRUE VALUE and will not lie! We will list the products with a type of OTHER, with the text "Model Train Products," unless you request otherwise.

We will accept personal checks (drawn on a U.S. bank) for payment. Please note that your order will not ship until your check has cleared our bank. Checks that are stopped or returned for Non-sufficient Funds will incur a $25 charge.

Please contact us before returning any items for any reason! Within 30 days of purchase we will accept unopened items with a 15% restocking fee. After 30 days we will try to be as accommodating as possible.

If you believe an item is defective PLEASE contact us first. Many times something as simple as an incorrect connection or setting can resolve the problem. If the product in question was manufactured by someone other than Logic Rail Technologies then you will likely need to deal with that manufacturer directly. This is not only the fastest method but also puts the product in the hands of the experts! We will certainly do what we can to insure that this process is completed to your satisfaction.

Orders paid by credit card or PayPal will be refunded to that same account. Orders paid by check or money order will be refunded by check. NOTE: if you request us to cancel your full order for ANY reason (e.g. you purchased an incompatible product from us) we will withhold the fees PayPal charges us for the transaction!

Products that we (Logic Rail Technologies) manufacture or brand are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Logic Rail Technologies reserves the right to repair or replace a defective product. The product must be returned to Logic Rail Technologies in satisfactory condition. This warranty covers all defects incurred during normal use of this product. This warranty is void under the following conditions: 1) If damage to the product results from mishandling or abuse. 2) If the product has been altered in any way (e.g. soldering). 3) If the current or voltage limitations of the product have been exceeded. Requests for warranty service must include a dated proof of purchase and a written description of the problem. You MUST contact us first before returning any item for warranty work. Except as written above, no other warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by any other person, firm or corporation, applies to our products.
